Un-fused Service Conductors

I am designing a project that in the sub main electrical room (below grade) I have a 800 amp drip loop section from that section I have approximately 10ft to the Main Switch / Meter section. Is it to code to run the un-fused service feeders in GRC conduit(s) within the electrical room to the Main Switch?

You will need to ask the AHJ as the length of service entrance conductors permitted to be run inside of a building has many different interpretations.

So areas permit 15' some do not permit any length of service entrance conductor inside of the building.

It boils down to the interpretation of "Nearest the point of entrance" from 230.70(A)(1).

I agree with Chris and if the AHJ's answer is no you can take advantage of one of the methods found in 230.6.
