Recently I have installed a 22kw generator with an ATS. As you all know it was necessary to separate grounds to the ground bus bar and neutrals
to the neutral bus bar; removing the bonding bar between the two bus bars and removing the grounding screw from the ground bus bar.
Having accomplished the aforesaid I am still measuring 0.1 ohms resistance between the two bus bars. Everything inside the panel looks correct but
I am unable to sever the continuity between the two bus bars completely.
Thoughts/ suggestions?
