Can someone please explain to me how to calculate balancing neutral loads. I would greatly appreciate it.

Assuming linear loads and no harmonics:
Single phase would be the difference between amps on the A leg and the amps on the B leg (sharing the neutral).
Three phase would be:
SQRT[(A*A+B*B+C*C)-(A*B+B*C+A*C)]
Single phase would be the difference between amps on the A leg and the amps on the B leg (sharing the neutral).
Three phase would be:
SQRT[(A*A+B*B+C*C)-(A*B+B*C+A*C)]
