A you allowed to run the loads from under ground meter socket which has more area inside. I'll simplify this loads connect to bottom of meter socket. I this application I have no choice but to bring the loads back out through the top of the meter socket. To a disconnect.

Thanks

Where is the OCPD for these loads?
If there are multiple loads and a main panel connected to the load side of the meter, all would be service conductors and subject to number and grouping of disconnects.

Also remember that with the exception of the main panel itself you are not allowed to run pre-OCPD and OCPD protected wires in the same raceway.
Finally, not all POCOs will allow you to make that kind of connection inside the meter socket, which is a sensitive area for them.

Shouldn't be any different from going out the back into a meter socket. You are just going up & out, instead of around & out.
