Underfloor Radiant Heating

Does anyone know of a manufacturer and designer for underfloor radiant heating systems. I am thinking of Raytheon but I don't see it listed on the web. I must be miss spelling the company name. I am located in the Mid-west region.

I used Thermosoft at my house for an 8'x20' room off the back of our house. I put it under an snap in cork floor.
