underground cable

I am not doing the work myself but I am trying to figure a price so I know when I can do the work.
I have an existing home (small house 1000sf) it is very old and I need to have my feeds changed. The meter is about 20 yards from my panel. What size wire should I use? Conduit? Service? Ground?

#2 AWG Aluminum in(Ohio) for a 100-Amp svc.

4/0 aluminum or 2/0 cooper, as per table 310.15. You'll probably have better luck finding aluminum. I have to add that 200A is ridiculously over sized for 1,000 square feet. Just my opinion.
