Underground conduit installation

Are there any requirements for clearence from other utilities when installing underground conduit , I found cover requirements .

There are no spacing requirements for underground raceways from other systems in the NEC. Check with the other Utility companies they may have local rules.

There are some in the NESC, but it probably doesn't apply to your installation...

As suggested you need to check with your local power company for clearances.

Also make sure you call digalert before you do any digging.
