Are there any specific requirements for conduit underground to a Master box. e.g. encased in concrete?

As you are a MA guy I strongly suggest you call the local FD in the city or town the project is in. The requirements from each MA FD are all over the place. I have never had to do concrete encasement for Master box connections but often they want a 2" raceway for the IMSA cable.
