Hi, running underground 400 amp residential parallel conductors 4/0, 4/0, 2/0 URD in a 3 inch PVC conduit, would it be best to untwist the two runs of URD or would it matter? Thanks.

I never un-twist them. Are you putting in 2-200amp disconnects?

Are both sets in one conduit?

If so did you look at the derated ampacity?
