Underground feeder junction box

I am installing a 350' long run of PVC, 240V single phase feeder underground.
Am I permitted to put a quazite pull box somewhere in that run? There will be no splices in the pull box.

Yes, there is nothing in the code that either requires or prohibits that box.

You can even bury it if you can comply with the exception in 314.29.
