We've a hospital project with lot underground rmc 3" and below under OR and patient care areas and from point to point the lenght of conduit have to be respect. Questions:
1. Is there in the market some compression coupling for use in case to cut 10' conduit and no making thread in the cut end? Is another solution without use regular couplings to joint two pieces of rigid metal conduit?
Thanks for any suggestions.

If you have a lot of 3" to run, it will probably be cheaper to cut and thread the conduit....3" compression couplings are $200 or more each.

Yes, the fittings is going to be buried under 4" slab, and there's lot of conduits running under slab through OR's and patient care spaces. Can you put the link about compression couplings because they can buy instead come with the threading equipment?

Probably not going to change things but feeders do not need to be in metallic raceways underneath Patient Care areas. Branch circuits do have to follow 517.13 and 517.31(C)(3)

Well these conduits aren't feeder by concept some are branch circuits for power and others signals cables that come to a box below the operation table in the middle of OR

Who are saying they need to be metallic? Is it the designers or AHCA? In either case unless the raceway contains branch circuits they are wrong.
The box and raceways below the gantry should be per the equipment manufacturers drawings and wiring requirements

The Phillips firm design for radiology and surgery equipment in the Hibrid OR calls that all conduits underneath have to be metalic
