None that I know if. I generally plant it next to or very near the padmount, unless somebody requested something special. Keeps it out of harm's way from the dirt guys. They're probably the hardest on t-poles. A close second is a rookie Petibone driver.

Without knowing what you are really asking about, I would first check your poco's "Green book," "yellow book," "orange book" or whatever color your poco's installation requirements book happens to be.

Mine's grey. Do you think that book would work?
 
In Spokane they are planted at a 45 degree angle off the back of the transformer bout 4' or so. This really is up to the POCO. Be careful to not hit any power, gas, or phone lines..
