Good Afternoon, Thanks for answering all of my electrical questions. I do not know how I could operate with all of your help...

Wondering if someone could help me find the clearance requirement for an underground run Time Warner Cable line from an above ground permanent swimming pool? The only article that I can find relating to this question is Article 680.6(2) which states 5'.
Art. 680.9 covers Overhead Conductor Clearances.
I see that 680.11 covers raceways for Underground Wiring Location. Does this also imply raceways for Time Warner Cable cable not associated with the pool?

Thanks for your help....

680.10 Underground Wiring Location

Underground wiring shall not be permitted under the pool or within the area extending 1.5 m (5 ft) horizontally from the inside wall of the pool unless this wiring is necessary to supply pool equipment permitted by this article. Where space limitations prevent wiring from being routed a distance 1.5 m (5 ft) or more from the pool, such wiring shall be permitted where installed in complete raceway systems of rigid metal conduit, intermediate metal conduit, or a nonmetallic race-way system. All metal conduit shall be corrosion resistant and suitable for the location. The minimum cover depth shall be as given in Table 680.10.

The wording is slightly different in the 2017 code book.

I will make sure the Time Warner cable stays at least 5' away.

Thanks.
