Is a conduit run under a house concrete slab from a wall to a kitchen island considered a wet location? If it is can someone explain the rationale? Damp would be a stretch.
It will get wet as Gus stated. Now if you asked me if I thought there may be an issue with it functioning, then I would say No, at least not in your lifetime. I have seen nm underground last for over 30 years. It is, however, not compliant. Is a conduit run under a house concrete slab from a wall to a kitchen island considered a wet location?
