Understanding equipment nameplate

Hi Mike good afternoon,
I sometimes have difficulty when reading equipment nameplate to find the suitable power supply.
Is there any rule of thumb, or any videos that you have available to assist with this

Can you post a picture of a nameplate in question?
Tip take a picture, screen shot the picture and paste into a reply.
