Guys can anyone tell me if its mandatory to identify all ungrounded conductors if the voltge is nominal 208/120. Ex. 3 # 10s and grnd to a 30 amp 3 phase disconnect do they have to be taped blue, black, red?

Not sure about the colors, but IMO they do need to be identified

It keeps changing so which code cycle are you under, it makes a difference.

No, they don't need to be identified. Only if you have different voltages in the building (120/208 & 277/480)
