Ungrounded system?

Would a separately derived system where the secondary is 240V 3PH (3 wire) be considered an ungrounded system?

It would be if it is a delta output and you do not ground any of the phases, or if it was a wye output and you did not ground the center point either.
Whether the NEC allows you to leave it ungrounded and what you have to do to support that are other questions.
