in ungrounded system how first ground fault grounds the system and the second phase to phase fault clears the fault
 
Unsure of your question.
On an "ungrounded" system, one phase to ground causes no current flow but the system now has one phase to ground.
A second phase to phase or pahse to ground would create a path for current flow and open the
protective device (hopefully)
