unknown manufacturer for keyed lightswitch

I have to match an existing light switch and the only markings on it are the UL approved stamp and the letters A-H 1891-1
Can anyone help me identify this keyed switch and maybe a supplier?

1891 sounds a lot like a P&S number, but A-H is Arrow Hart.

I'm pretty sure Arrow Hart got folded into Cooper/Eagle somehow. I vaguely remember buying Arrow Hart stuff that had "Cooper Industries" written on the box.

My old Arrow Hart shows an 1891 as a regular switch, and an 1891-L as the keyed switch. The "-1" I think is really "-L", for locking. The closest cross, visually, is the Leviton 1201-2L
