Unused Grounded Service Conductor Size

I'm working on plans for a 200 AMP 480 - 277 VAC 3 phase 4 wire service. The ungrounded service entrance conductors shall be 250 MCM Aluminum XHHW. The service will only power 480 VAC loads. Is it proper to use Table 250.102 for sizing the unused grounded service entrance conductor at 2 AWG aluminum XHHW?
