The CMP's don't care to address this either. Most will say ground up, but if you look at a plug in timer, flashlight or simialr, the receptacle has to be installed ground down.
I know we all make light of this, but there is a serious situation concerning receptacles we seem to ignore, and that is, what color receptacle should we use on an egg shell wall?
Bennie, I was always partial to brown eggs because I never had any chickens that layed white. (white were/are store bought) We do buy eggs now, I miss having chickens. (teary eyed)

Hello Russell, I wasn't completely joking in my post. I have been told close to the same thing before. We have had to literaly furnish hundreds of plates to be wall papered to match the finished wall.
