Updating mobile home to 100 amp service

I want to Update a mobile home to 100 amp service. There is a 100 amp breaker on the pole which goes underground to a junction box on exterior of trailer. The wire goes from the junction to the breaker panel. I want to install 100 amp breaker panel. What size and type of wire do I need?
