UPS disonect

I have a UPS with a built in line side disconect. Do I need to install a seperate disconect for it or will the one in the unit cover it? It is feed from a panel in a completely seperate room.

There is no code requirement to have a line side disconnect within site of the UPS. Since it has one, great, but not required if the upstream protection will protect the conductors/equipment at their ratings.
