I have a bunch of spreadsheets with all the data for the computer components including Current Draw.
I asked the IT prime where the current draw came from for the UPSs. He said from the nameplates on the back of the boxes.
I'm curious. If the nameplate shows 12Amps for a 1500VA UPS, is this the total current draw that the UPS uses to power the connected equipment including while its battery is charging?
I cant sem to find from manufacturers websites and specs what the real power consumptions of UPSs are.
