UPS System, Feeders & Protection

I have a client wishing to relocate an existing UPS system ? 25KVA? - for their computer network system. I?m inclined to conform to articles: 480, 645, 702 & (maybe?) 692.
What articles do I need to observe to install a UPS system in an IT server room?

I have not seen the unit yet but I understand its 50KVA with 480V line and 208V load. I know most cases the transfer switch, transformer, disconnects and protection exists as a complete unit internally.
It looks like it may be an 85A feed (#4 & #8grd). I don't know what else to investigate without seeing the unit.
