I am installing a 208/120VAC Power Dist. Panel with a MAIN breaker inside and receiving 3 phase 208/120VAC Power Feed from a UPS. My question is, do I need to provide a "power junction box" so my customer can land their power cables so they wont have to open the panel? Also, I want to make sure there is no need for any additional over current protection disconnects upstream from the main breaker on the panel. Thank you

Generally conductors must be protected per their ampacity or meet the 240.21 tap rules. Does the UPS provide any over-current protection for the conductors supplying the panel ?
