Can the output of a UPS have its conductors in the same conduit as its supply conductors? The application is a hardwired UPS, there is only one conduit available between the panel supplying the UPS, and the UPS. They intend to power the UPS from a circuit in the panel, then remove a branch circuit from its breaker and the neutral bar and connect that circuit to the UPS output, with both the UPS input and output conductors in the same conduit. I can't figure out whether this is ok or not.

Most likely somewhere in the manual this is addressed.
I know of nothing code wise that prohibits it unless the manual does.
