I have UPS Libert 16kva 208/120V inout and output voltage three phase.

I am wondering where in NEC 2017 it talks about grounding of the UPS with grounding electrode conductor?

Is the UPS mentioned separately derived post #1? I dont follow where in 250?

Might be a SDS, might not, depends on the UPS. Check the mfg's instructions.

most of the small ones I have used tie the input and output neutrals together so they are not SDSs, so no GE is required.
