You cannot bring urd into a structure unless it is dual rated as another type

True URD cannot be run inside a structure. Somrtimes USE is dual rated, RHW, and can be run inside.

It should also be noted that URD cannot be exposed to sunlight if it's not dual rated. For instance, it cannot be used for an underground service where it emerges from grade at a poco pole at the other end and connects to an overhead drop. It's only for use from meter socket to transformer pad and nothing else. If it's dual rated, then it has much broader usage.
