Where in the NEC is the use of DLO addressed?
I seem to remember reading DLO was not recommended or allowed in raceways (conduit); but that seems to be a standard practice. Especially from motor controls to motors due to the added flexibility of DLO.

Looking at a spec sheet from cable supplier for Industrial Motor Lead Cable; I see that this particular cable is MSHA listed and OSHA accepted as well as UL. What would be the dual rating?

No. To be used in a NEC application it must also be listed as a type of conductor that is shown in Table 310.104(A) or 310.13 in the 2008 or older codes. The dual rated DLO that you can use in NEC applications most often has a RHH or RHW marking in addition to the DLO marking.
