I get a lot of different opinions on this.
I would like to use 4/0 AL USE-2 for a mast type service.
Some say it is not allowed but if the cable says...
USE-2, RHW, and RHH, sunlight res, I cannot see any reason why putting this in conduit for an overhead service entrance is a problem
From manufacturer
For use in conduit or
suitable for use as
underground service
entrance cable for direct
burial per NEC?
? Good choice for industrial
applications where better
insulation toughness and
resistance to moisture
and heat is desired
? For use as RHH or
RHW-2 in wet or dry
locations at temperatures
up to 90?C
? Sunlight resistant
