Use of Nm (romex)

I'm doing a small 2 story office space with a residence on the 2nd floor. Can I use romex for the entire project?
I'm not sure what types 3, 4 and 5 construction are per NEC 334.12.

FPN #2 to 334.10 has a reference to Annex F in the NEC.
The type construction will normally be shown on the project drawings cover sheet, if not ask your building offical.
