Were in the code book does it address Panelboards or disconnects being or not being permitted as a pull box for circuits of a different voltage or diffent source than that terminated to lugs? The only reference I can locate is for identification of circuits. Please let me know what code reference to search. Thanks

Look at 312.8

It is permitted if you can stay within the parameters of the Article 312.8 that Don posted. For most applications it would be very hard to exceed the minimum required space within the panelboard.
