When the customer supplies equipement, it sounds funny, but I guess there is no warranty? ..just take pictures of a carefully installed switch gear, then offer no warranty I suppose.

Why do you think there should be a warranty on used , customer supplied equipment? I do not/would not warranty new customer supplied equipment. When it comes to something like switch gear I would not install the used customer supplied equipment unless they provided documentation that the equipment had been tested and deemed safe.
