using 1 100amp 480v circuit to power 2 480v 40amp commercial ovens via distribution block.

Currently I am attempting to power 2 40amp 480v w/neu from 1 100amp amp 480v breaker. The 100amp 480v ct is in a 18x18 gutter, I plan to mount a distribution block inside the gutter and run 2ea 8/5 S/O cords out the back side of the gutter ( the install is temporary) , each oven has a 40amp breaker installed on the oven. The oven will be within 10' of the distribution block. The enclosure is grounded and the 480v circuit has its own ground. The ovens are ul listed. Can anyone think of anything I am forgetting? Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated,
