I have a busbar with a mechanical lug that accepts 1awg or larger.
I want to connect a 2awg wire to this busbar (won’t be feeding more amps than 2awg wire capacity). Can a crimp a cable lug to the 2awg wire and attach it to the same post that secures the mechanical lug to the busbar? (Should I remove the mechanical lug?)
