Using Glass fuse for a new circuit

I don't see anywhere in the code that says I can't use the glass fuse for a new circuit?

1) This is an old garage on a farm that has it's own service feeding a main fuse panel.

2) There will be new lights and plugs on the new circuit.

Not a problem at all

You could, but not required to install a type S fuse adapter which forces them to use the right size fuse.

Yes, very easy to find. I carry them on the truck for furnace installs, when the inspector wants them.
