can you use handholes in solar tower to run conduits. The conduit holes would be drilled in coverI dont like this idea but am having trouble getting permission to drill 1,1/8 hole in 14 inch dia. tower high voltage wires 277v would be pulled out thru the 4by 6 opening when removing cover.also the comm. wires for inverter would come out also.
