Using SER inside of 600 amp CT panel

Is there anything wrong with using (3) 4/0 AL SER cables minside of a 30" square CT meter cabinet? Will the bare grounds 2/0 be ok inside the cabinet? Thank you.

How is it possible to use 4/0 AL when it does not carry the entire load of the dwelling in this situation? One area where am not sure if it is right or wrong.

Could use next size up rule to get to a single 600 main from 540, or multiple service disconnects would allow sizing to the load.

That would be fine as long as the load calc for each panel is 180 or less. You just need SEU not SER.
