Using table 220.44

In doing a calculation on a non dwelling for my 120 volt receptacles..and I have determined it is a continous load..computors.is one example do I add those to the general purpose receptacals I've noticed some caculations dont...they are figured separate with lights and other continous loads

I believe this would fall under 220.14(A)

(A) Specific Appliances or Loads. An outlet for a specific
appliance or other load not covered in 220.14(B) through
(L) shall be calculated based on the ampere rating of the
appliance or load served.

How about if they use it as a computer load and don't say what the current is..figured at 16 amps for continuious?...or 20 amps..?
