Using twin breakers in a Seimens 4040 panel

I see a Seimens 4040 house panel with twins in it. I looked on the panel and Seimens type QT twins are not listed on the panel label to be used. These panels are not supposed to have twins or tandems, correct ? Thank you.

Typically, the number will be a large clue as to whether it accepts tandems. A number like 2040, 2030 or 3040 will. But 4040 means 40 spaces, 40 circuits.

I believe that you're correct, the 40/40 designation is for full space CB's only.
