What are the mininmum space requirements for installing an individual meter pan in an existing electrical room?

That is totally up to the serving electric utility . . . sorta. They are the ones who will install, own, and service the cash register . . . UH . . . meter. All of the ones I know of will point you towards 110.26 and then add some requirements of their own. We require compliance with 110.26 plus four feet in front of the meter for minimum working room and a laundry list of other things we feel like we need (dry, level floor, illumination, etc.)
Bottom line, minimum requirements are 110.26 plus check with the serving electric utility.
