Utilty Co Requirement

Anyone know of a product such as the following:

The local utility is requiring a "sealable" (with aircraft wire and a crimped-on seal of sorts) LB cover, that is, they need the LB to have some tamper-proof means where perhaps the cover screws are drilled so a wire can pass through each and be sealed with their seals, sort of like a meter ring seal.

This LB is on the riser side of the service, ahead of the meter, so they require some means of deterring or evidence of future tapping into the feeders on their side of the equipment.

It may be as simple as procuring the screws with holes through the heads, but I'm looking for other options as well.

Water meters have something like what you're describing.

I'd ask your local supply house. Bring them paperwork from the POCO. If they don't stock it they should soon after receiving the specs.

I have seen such animals in the past but not lately. Seems like the were old installs and in a town to the SE of me. City owned utility.
