V.D of Elevator feeder, total 290 feet away

Hi ,
in a certain situation , because of relocation of existing service,
i have to re feed the existing 3-phase elevator;
existing elev. feeder is 90 feet thru 3/0 CU.

Can I provide new 200ft 4/0 Cu from the new service location , and connect to the existing 90- feet . 3/0 CU thru a right-size pull box ??????????

need to know voltage and load current and desired v drop
but I would guess no, need new larger run

Without addressing the size of the conductor(s) needed, in principal there is no reason you can't have a feeder with one portion using a larger conductor than a second portion as long as the smaller cable is protected at its ampacity,.
You would need to take 250.122(B) into account.
