No, the VA J-man is not recognized in any Florida jurisdiction. And no, you do not have to go to school all over again. You will however have to take the Florida / Jurisdictional approved J-man exam.
The J-man license is not a statewide license here in Florida. It is applied for and obtained through the local county or city.
