VA / MD reciprocity

If you have a Virginia masters license and you are a Maryland resident, will Maryland allow you to reciprocate your license from VA into MD? I saw somewhere on the requirements that you had to be a non-MD-resident, or maybe I misread the requirement. Anyone have more ifno on this? Thanks, E-M.

Thanks John. I looked it up once (on the DLLR web) and it showed one of those multiple conditions that is hard to make out whether they want you to satisfy all those conditions, or just one of them, or what!! Thanks for taking the time though. e/m.
