110.31(A): Where an electrical vault is required or specified for conductors and equipment 110.31(A)(1) to (A)(5) shall apply.
Per article 450, a vault is required for transformers over 35KV, and for oil filled transformers. But I have 4KV dry type transformers, so that doesn't apply.
Does anyone know of anything else that would trigger the requirement for a vault?
