VAV DISCONNECT SWITCH

VAV that are installed have a enclosure for the 120 V transformer and low voltage controls. This enclosure has knockouts for a toggle switch as well as 3/8 knockouts for mc connectors. My question is now alright to install the disconnect switch in this enclosure, it would be on the line side of the transformer and all 120V wiring would not be near the low voltage terminal block.

II. Disconnecting Means
440.14 Location
Disconnecting means shall be located within sight from and readily
accessible from the air-conditioning or refrigerating equipment.
The disconnecting means shall be permitted to be installed
on or within the air-conditioning or refrigerating equipment.

The disconnecting means shall not be located on panels that
are designed to allow access to the air-conditioning or refrigeration
equipment or to obscure the equipment nameplate(s).
