can you run your 120vac along with the signal wires on the same conduit to the overfill alarm?

It depends on what signal wires you are talking about. The wires to the probes are intrinsically safe and cannot be in the same conduit as non intrinsically safe conductors (ie: 120-volt).

It's been about 10 years since I've wired an overfill alarm, so I'm not 100% sure, but I think you need a 120-volt signal wire from the TLS monitor to the remote overfill alarm along with a 120-volt power supply. These wires can be run in the same conduit.

The monitor has two compartments. One is intriscially safe and the other is not. The conductors from each compartment may never share a conduit or box with conductors from the other compartment.

the signal to the overfill alarm is not intrinsically safe. Signal come from the the optional output module. I guess my first design was correct for one 1"C.
