I have below ventilator used in crawl space. For Model V their is no cord and plug.

Disconnect would be required but would it fall under NEC 2017 section 430, 422 or something else? Its confusing

Anyone know which to apply 430 or 422? Can breaker be the disconnect in panelboard?

422 always permits a lockable breaker in the panel as the disconnect. If this is an 430 application, where and what is used as the motor controller?

As far as which, you have been given the only possible answer that you can get with the information provided. You will have to research the exat product that is being used to see how the product was listed. That is not always easy and can be more difficult based on what listing agency listed the product. Some give you the actual listing standard making this research easy an others don't making the research much more difficult. In some cases you may have to ask the listing agency if the standard that the product is listed to is not shown on the product information.
